Yootheme have released the latest beta of their product UIKit which according to them powers a good deal of their products including templates and yootheme pro. The front-end framework is open-source and available for download and testing. Rockettheme have released their May template called Supra which despite its cool name has some interesting features including full page scrolling, image tabs and all the things that come with Gantry 5 including the awesome inheritance system. Rockettheme's official release announcement defines Supra as:

Joomlatools have released the latest version of the Joomlatools Framework, the self-named framework happens to power all of the Joomlatools extensions including the ever popular DOCman, LOGman, EXTman and the recently released TEXTman (Joomlatools releases TEXTman 1.0). The new release comes with several new additions including a restructuring of the framework to make it "more streamlined experience from development to installation" as well as the option to bundle the framework with a Joomla extension.

YOOtheme has released there May template which follows up on the release of YOOtheme Pro 1.6 and as such makes heavy use of it within the template. Vibe is smart clean and interesting template offering subtle animations as well as some the new features mentioned in the YOOtheme Pro 1.6 release such as countdowns and bottom shadows. 

JCE Pro the commercial offering of the very popular Joomla! alternative (to the core TinyMCE) content editor has released version 2.6.12 which looks to address several issues found in the previous release. The official changelog reads like:
